Over the years, the Museo Biblioteca dell’Attore has acquired more than fifty collections belonging to various personalities of the performing arts world.
We have about 72,000 letters; 69,000 photos; 1,300 scripts, 4,000 sketches, fashion-plates, caricatures, drawings, posters and play-bills; 62,000 newspaper cuttings, 8,000 theatre programmes; business papers, recordings and various materials.

There is also a collection of theatrical costumes belonged to Italian actors such as Adelaide Ristori, Ermete Zacconi, Lamberto Picasso,  Sergio Tofano, Lilla Brignone and others.

Unfortunately, at the moment most of the materials from our Archive are kept in a store in the town suburb.
To consult archive material, it is necessary to make an appointment with the archivist by phone or e-mail.
